Your Custom Aligners
A series of clear aligners are custom-fabricated for your teeth. You’ll wear each set for about two weeks before moving to the next.
Progress Checkups

How long does SureSmile treatment take?
Treatment time varies based on the complexity of your case. Most patients complete treatment in 6 to 18 months. We’ll provide a more specific estimate during your consultation.
How often do I wear the aligners?
For best results, wear your aligners 20-22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, drink (anything other than water), brush, and floss.
Will people notice I’m wearing aligners?
SureSmile aligners are made from clear, smooth plastic and are virtually invisible. Most people won’t notice you’re wearing them unless you point it out.
Is SureSmile more expensive than braces?
