Before You Arrive
What should you bring?
To help us prepare, please bring:
- Recent dental x-rays (if available)
- A list of current medications
- Completed new-patient forms
- Insurance information (if applicable)
Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you have any medical conditions your doctor should know before treatment — such as diabetes, heart conditions, joint replacements, or medications like aspirin or anticoagulants — please let us know ahead of time.
X-Rays & Diagnostic Images
If you’ve had dental x-rays taken recently, you may request that your previous dentist forward them to our office.
If additional x-rays are needed, we can take them during your visit using modern, low-exposure imaging technology.
