Meet Dr. Caleb Murray, DDS

Dr. Caleb Murray was born and raised in Columbia, Missouri, and is grateful to now be serving patients here at Ascend Dental Design in Springfield. He completed his undergraduate studies at Missouri State University before earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry. Following dental school, he pursued advanced training through an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at Wichita State University, where he refined his skills in comprehensive and complex case care. He has also completed advanced implant training focused on predictable implant placement and full-arch implant dentistry, allowing him to provide patients with confident, long-term solutions for missing teeth.

After practicing in Columbia for several years, he and his family returned to Springfield in October 2025, and they are excited to put down roots in this community.

Dr. Murray’s faith in Jesus Christ, his family, and his commitment to clinical excellence shape everything he does. He believes patients deserve to be heard, valued, and treated with the highest level of care and dignity. It is of utmost importance to him to put his patients first and deliver dentistry that he would be proud to provide for his own family.

Outside the office, Dr. Murray enjoys spending time with his wife, Claire, and their three boys. You’ll often find them outdoors—whether it’s golfing, water or snow skiing, playing tennis or pickleball, or simply enjoying time with friends and family.
