We proudly work with most private dental and major PPO dental plans. We submit all insurance claims on your behalf and will assist in helping you receive your available benefits. While balances ultimately remain the patient’s responsibility, our team is here to help guide the process and answer questions along the way.

AscendCare is our membership program designed for patients who want predictable annual care and exclusive savings without dealing with insurance networks. Members on average save up to $282/year.
We offer three flexible plans based on your needs:
Kids
Preventive-focused dental care for growing smiles, delivering routine exams, cleanings, and early detection for lifelong oral health.
/month + $99 activation fee*
Includes:
- Routine cleanings (2/yr)
- Exams (1-2/yr)
- Essential X-rays
- Emergency visit (if needed)
- Fluoride treatments
- Discounts on additional care
*Fee is waived if paying for year in full: $360
Basic
Essential preventive and diagnostic care for adults who want consistent maintenance, clarity, and protection without insurance complexity.
/month + $99 activation fee*
Includes:
- Routine cleanings (2/yr)

- Emergency visit (if needed)
- Fluoride treatments
- Discounts on additional care
*Fee is waived if paying for year in full: $384

Disclaimers and Details: If you default on a payment and it is not cleared up within 30 days, a late payment charge will be assessed of up to $30, and you will be removed from the program and must pay another activation fee to rejoin. • If you have a family of five or more (including adults and children), we will build a custom plan to accommodate your needs and budget. • Basic option only available for patients with absence of periodontal disease.
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Personal Checks, Credit Cards, and Third-Party Financing.
