Crowns and bridges can repair and restore your smile to the fullest. At Ascend Dental Design, our compassionate, experienced staff and dentists are ready to welcome you, comfort you, and help you understand your dental care plan. We also offer convenient same-day crowns to restore your smile in just one appointment.
Also known as a cap, a dental crown is a tooth-shaped restoration used to cover up the structure of your tooth. Crowns can be bonded in place to repair decayed or damaged teeth. We use porcelain for its durability and natural appearance. Once bonded in place, your crown can be used to fully restore the look, function, and strength of your tooth.

Dr. Jeff Dorman and Dr. Derek Magers care about providing an in-the-chair experience that puts your needs and comfort at the center of your oral health. And their long-time team of coordinators, dental hygienists, and assistants care, too. That compassion will make you feel confident you've found your life-long dental family. Go ahead—get familiar with some of the faces you'll see in person at Ascend Dental Design.
When one or more teeth are lost, it creates a gap in your smile. This can lead to crooked teeth, excess strain on your jaw muscles, excess wear on the surrounding teeth, and can even cause TMJ. Dental bridges use a series of crowns to fill the gap and replace the missing teeth, completing your smile and restoring your natural bite.
Do You Offer Same-day Crowns?
CEREC is a state-of-the-art system that allows our team to create you with a natural-looking, custom-made crown in just one visit. Using CAD/CAM (computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing) technology, we will create your crown while you wait.
Traditionally, when you get a crown, you come in for an impression and leave with a temporary crown until the final crown is ready for placement. The process takes two appointments and up to a few weeks to complete. With CEREC, you never have to wait again.
We will scan your tooth with the special CEREC device to create a digital impression. With that, we make a 3D design of your crown. The design is sent to our CEREC milling machine, where your crown will be created in just a few hours. Finally, your crown is polished and bonded in place, so you can go home with a beautifully restored smile!
Do You Accept Insurance?
