You can enroll in our made-just-for-you AscendCare dental plans regardless of your insurance status or network.

During our business hours, you can always call us at our Branson West office: (417) 272-3352 or at our Springfield office: (417) 887-3100 to pay over the phone with a debit or credit card. We'll e-mail or mail you a payment receipt. Or you can have us print one for you next time you come in.

Long-Term Payment Plans
LendingClub offers up to 60 months financing with approved credit. These plans are perfect for our restorative, cosmetic, or orthodontic services.
6- and 12-Month Payment Plans
The Wells Fargo Health Advantage plan offers 3rd party promotional no-interest financing for 6-12 months with approved credit.
6-Month Payment Plans
CareCredit offers 3rd party payment options for up to 6 months at no-interest with approved credit.
Financing Private Insurance
We file and accept most private insurance. If you don't have insurance or aren't sure about the insurance you currently have, don't worry. We've still got you covered. We created our own dental program, AscendCare, that gives you the great, affordable dental care you deserve regardless of your insurance network. Disclaimers and Details: If you default on a payment and it is not cleared up within 30 days, a late payment charge will be assessed of up to $30, and you will be removed from the program and must pay another activation fee to rejoin. • If you have a family of five or more (including adults and children), we will build a custom plan to accommodate your needs and budget. • Basic option only available for patients with absence of periodontal disease.

Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Personal Checks, Credit Cards, Wells Fargo, Care Credit, Lending Club and offer In-House Payment Plans.
